While “Everything Everywhere All At Once” was the big winner—two actresses and one actor took top prizes as did two directors, a film editor, two screenwriters, and the movie itself, which won Best Picture—at the 95th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night, March 12, colored gemstone jewelry also commanded a respectable presence.
Between honorees, presenters, performers, winners, and everyone else who attended the affair at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and the afterparties, bold and exquisite gemstone jewels made as many fashionable impressions as the couture gowns and suits. And maybe this outlet is a touch biased, but isn’t everyone tired of seeing a sea of white Diamonds on necklines, wrists, ears, and ring fingers at these awards shows? Hollywood—please meet some of the most precious and rare gemstones in the world. We’ve rounded up some of the most interesting and colorful options from the night below.
