Join AGTA on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, 6:30 p.m.–11 p.m. at the Tucson Convention Center for a new Spectrum & Cutting Edge Gala experience!
This year, the event relocates to the newly renovated and convenient Tucson Convention Center (TCC). Expect an elevated experience as you enter through the Granada (patio) entrance. Upon entry, hit up the open bar in the foyer and mingle with other guests.
Walk the red carpet and be interviewed by Somewhere in the Rainbow’s (SITR) Shelly Sergent. She’ll uncover the jewelry everyone is wearing and will cast a spotlight on some of the evening’s award winners.
When it’s time for the Gala to start, you’ll enter the 200-level rooms, which will be transformed into a banquet hall and stage. Enjoy a gourmet dinner while you watch the Awards presentation unfold. Jewelry and Hollywood personality Michael O’Connor will serve as the emcee for the evening, ensuring every announcement and award is delivered to perfection. You can also follow along with a new Gala Awards program, which will be available at every table setting.
“In keeping with the AGTA 2024 Tucson theme, ELEVATED, I am so proud to have assisted in the development of a brand new, more sophisticated, and award-winner-worthy presentation of the coveted Spectrum Awards,” says Sergent, Curator of SITR. She and AGTA board President Kimberly Collins, Founder of Kimberly Collins Colored Gemstones, reimagined the evening. “Focusing on the artists and their dedication to excellence and creativity was the cornerstone of our thought processes. They deserve an award dinner honoring their visions and time.”
