AGTA GemFair™ Denver Show a Big Success!

(Dallas, Texas – September 14, 2022) – AGTA GemFair™ Denver ended on Sunday after a 4-day show with smiling faces and satisfied attendees.  AGTA GemFair™ Denver was part of Sparkle & Joy, a section of the HardRock Summit (HRS) dedicated to fine gemstones, fine jewelry, and extraordinary gemstone objects.

The 2022 HRS moved all its pavilions under one roof this year; Sparkle & Joy, AGTA GemFair™ Denver, Evolution (minerals and fossils) and the Denver Gem & Mineral Show were all held at the Colorado Convention Center.  The AGTA GemFair™ Denver pavilion was open to the wholesale trade only.

“This was the second year of AGTA GemFair™ Denver, but our first year as being part of one big show,” said John W. Ford, AGTA CEO. “I think that formula proved to be successful for all of us; we had an exciting mix of buyers and exhibitors, who can’t wait to do it all again next year! We’re happy to partner with HRS in making this show the place to be in September!”

“It’s really great to see the momentum that AGTA GemFair™ Denver and the HardRock Summit are gaining,” said Kimberly Collins, AGTA President. “This show has such a positive and inviting atmosphere, and it happens at the perfect time of the year for retailers to stock-up for the holidays. And Denver is an amazing host city and an easy trip to make.”

During the show, AGTA held a special drawing for a trip to AGTA GemFair™ Tucson. “We sent postcards to a curated list of retailers and invited them to attend the Denver show,” said Ford. “If they turned the postcard in at the show, they were eligible for the drawing.  We were thrilled to announce the winner as Robert Guild Jewelry, Inc.!”
