As the Curator for SITR, Shelly brings 40+ years’ experience to selling and collecting the best of colored gemstones, carvings, art objects and designer jewelry in the world. Bringing her passion for AGTA’s educational mission and this fabulous industry we all share, Shelly will share secrets of creating collectors and growing profit margins by creating relationships with the right vendors to meet your staff and clients’ desires. Shelly serves the U of A Alfie Norville Gem Museum Board and has presented lectures all around the world on all topics related to colored gems and jewels. Winner of AGS, AGTA & 24K Club awards for service to our industry, Shelly is excited to participate on this panel with strong women who are continually pushing the boundaries of greatness and beauty.
