Jenna White, Research Scientist

Jenna White is a research scientist passionate about increasing transparency throughout the global jewelry supply chain. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Earth Resources Science and Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. Her research on transparent and traceable gemstone supply chains is funded by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA). She is also a researcher on a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded project aimed at understanding global gold supply chains. Jenna has 18 years of experience working in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and international development. She has an MS in Natural Resources and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute for global sustainable enterprise. Jenna is a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional, Diamonds Graduate and Pearls Graduate. She also has a Luxury Masterclass Certificate from Christie’s.
