Mailing Lists
Promote your products and services to buyers who already understand the importance of GemFair Tucson. Purchase mailing lists or labels of U.S. and Canadian companies who attended 2007 AGTA GemFair™ plus those who have registered for 2008. It’s vital for you to reach out to attendees to maximize your traffic at the show. AGTA gives you two choices: purchase the entire list of U.S. and Canadian companies who attended 2007 AGTA GemFair™ Tucson for $250, or purchase a custom list which targets your customers by business category and/or by state.

AGTA will provide Registered Company mailing labels, or provide the information on disk, to the mail house of your choice.
Remember to schedule your mailings early to ensure buyers receive your message before their departure for Tucson.
Web Listing Upgrade
Enhance your online company listing with an upgrade. This promotion allows you to add your expanded company information to the base listing provided on the AGTA website. This inexpensive option ensures that your company stands out as buyers use the online listing to determine "who's who" at AGTA GemFair™ Tucson.

Pre-Show Buyer Roster
The AGTA offers GemFair exhibitors a complete Pre-Show Buyer Roster. The PRINTED Roster contains company's name, main contact (one per company), address, telephone number and fax number. Contacts in the Pre-Show Buyer Roster are companies who attended the 2007 show and companies who are currently pre-registered for the 2008 show. The Buyer Roster is not available in an electronic format.

Guidelines for AGTA Mail Lists
All list purchases are final. AGTA grants a limited, one-time use of the lists to AGTA GemFair™ exhibitors to help promote themselves at AGTA GemFair™ Tucson. The list or labels may not be reproduced, transferred or duplicated in any manner without the written permission of the AGTA. The AGTA does not reimburse postage for undeliverable or returned mail.
